Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

  • Limited-edition or collectible items may be final sale; check product pages for details.

  • To request an exchange, email support@regalandreckless.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.


Store Credit

  • If the exact item isn’t available for exchange, you may opt for store credit.

  • Store credit can be used for any future purchase on regalandreckless.com.

  • Store credit will be issued once we receive and inspect your returned item.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@regalandreckless.com with photos.

  • We will arrange an exchange or store credit promptly to ensure your experience remains premium.
